Terms and Conditions
Bookings
1. Any lesson, club or event requires prior booking unless monthly subscriptions
2. Kids clubs including seasonal can be booked on the same day of the class.
3. Adult clubs are to be booked minimum 1 week in advance.
4. Special Events, Teambuilding events, Birthday parties to be booked minimum 2 weeks in advance.
5. Bookings are made on a first-come-first-served basis.
6. Participation is secured through confirmation from members of our staff
Rescheduling
1. Rescheduling can be made on the day of any lesson or any club, prior to the starting time of it.
2. Birthday parties or Events can be rescheduled latest 1 day prior to event.
Payments and Deposits
1. Payments can be made in cash, by Revolut, by card or via bank transfer (confirmation of bank transfer required).
2. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically: the payment card provided at purchase is securely stored by our payment provider and charged monthly until the subscription is cancelled in your account. Wood Wizards does not store card details. Single lessons are paid online at booking or at the beginning of the lesson.
3. Summer Club requires 50 EUR deposit per child per week of participation, deposit is non-refundable. Balance payment to be settled on the first day of the club participation on the weekly basis.
4. Other holiday clubs participation is paid on the first day of club participation.
5. Birthday parties require 50% deposit of the min birthday fee (up to 10 kids) on the day of the booking. Balance to be settled on the day of the Birthday depending how many extra children were participating
6. Events are secured by 50% deposit of the min total amount quoted, balance to be paid prior or on the day of the event, depending on quotation.
7. Sibling discount: where more than one child of the same family holds an active monthly subscription, the subscription with the earliest start date is charged at full price and each further child’s subscription receives a 10% discount, applied at checkout and at each renewal. If the full-price subscription ends, the next-oldest active subscription takes its place at full price from its following renewal; remaining siblings keep the discount.
8. eGift cards and promotional coupons are applied once, to the payment at which they are redeemed; they do not reduce subsequent subscription renewals.
9. Online card payments are processed by JCC Payment Systems Ltd (Cyprus). When you pay by card you are redirected to JCC’s secure payment page; Wood Wizards never receives, stores or processes your card details. All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable; the total amount is always shown before you confirm a payment.
10. We email you a few days before each renewal charge. Prices for existing subscribers change only with at least 30 days’ notice. To replace your registered card, contact us or save a new card during any online payment; a zero-amount validation transaction may be made and immediately reversed. If a renewal charge is declined we retry over the following days and contact you if it keeps failing; your bookings are not cancelled automatically.
11. Your first purchase of a subscription plan may include a 7-day free trial: your card is registered via a zero-amount validation, the trial converts automatically into the paid subscription with the first charge at trial end, and cancelling before the trial ends means nothing is charged.
Cancellations of Registrations and Refunds
1. For Regular clubs (Saturday Club, Weekday clubs, Adult club), cancel directly in your account up to 7 days before the start of your booked participation for a full refund of online payments; later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. Monthly subscriptions: the current paid period is not refunded; cancellation stops all future charges. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days, free of charge.
2. Though the Wood Wizards makes every attempt to avoid any changes or interruptions, we reserve the right to cancel Wood Wizards Clubs courses if we fail to recruit a minimum level of enrolments or if circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from delivering it.
3. In the extraordinary event of a Clubs gathering cancellation, participants will be refunded in the form of participation extensions equal to the number of Clubs gathering/s cancelled. In the event that a refund is approved, you will be reimbursed. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We reserve the right to proceed with other changes to our schedule and programme.
4. For single-class bookings reserved with a card and paid in the studio, failure to attend without cancelling within the rescheduling window may result in a no-show fee equal to the price of the booked class, charged to the stored card
Insurance
1. The Wood Wizards Clubs cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to your property. You are advised to insure your property against such risks.
2. The Wood Wizards Clubs provides liability company insurance for participants.
Privacy Policy
By participating in group events, the customer grants consent, on their own behalf and on behalf of any children under their responsibility, for photographs and/or videos to be taken and used for marketing and promotional purposes (including online and social media channels). For any individual or close-up images of the customer or their children, separate consent will be obtained in advance.
The Privacy Policy of Wood Wizards Clubs and Events L.I.M Wood Wizards (Cyprus) Ltd is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 and provides detailed information about how personal data is processed. The customer confirms to have read the Wood Wizards Clubs and Events – L.I.M Wood Wizards (Cyprus) Ltd Terms & Conditions and agrees to all of them by accepting these Terms during the booking on the website.
The customer fully accepts that their child will participate in an array of activities that bear associated risks. In their role as parent/guardian, the customer accepts these risks and confirms that these activities can take place under the supervision of Wood Wizards Clubs and Events staff and delegated third parties chosen by L.I.M Wood Wizards (Cyprus) Ltd. The customer has read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and confirms their consent for the child to participate in any of the planned activities.
